Cancellation Policy: Terms and Conditions • We require full payment to secure the reservation. • Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. However, for valid and emergency reasons, refund is subject to approval. We require a written request for refund and if approved, incurred costs for the booking plus penalties will be deducted from the payment made. • No refund will be extended for any unused services. • No show on travel dates will render the entire booking null and void and no refund will apply. • Nonrefundable and nontransferable. • In case of cancelled tours due to unfavorable weather condition or force majeure, you have the option to rebook to another date within 30 days or another alternative activity of its equivalent.
